About WillCoach
WillCoach is a play on words to bring together several things into one concept.
- I (Will), believe that my purpose and calling in life is best expressed through the partnership of Coaching
- Working with motivation, open mind, open heart and open will in the change process speaks to the art and science of Coaching. We know that Change requires more than willpower, and this is what I remain curious about in individual, team, group and organizational domains.
- You cannot Coach the will alone. It is a reminder that we work with the whole of the person, not just the notion of sheer power.
- Things won’t change just because we want them to, although wanting to change is a pre-requisite. This paradox underpins all transitions.
- Transformation requires “free-won’t” not free will – meaning that intervene skilfully in our habits of the present and past, instead bringing our focus to the future and what we want instead.
- It’s a clever way for you to remember who I am and what our work stands for.
