What?
There are 11 steps to the Model, two of which are not part of the GERMINATE™ acronym.
The analogy in the model is fashioned after Naturalistic processes of how plant-life come into being.
Drawing on several carefully selected Coaching Theories to underpin the basis of the model, the model ensures that lasting results are made possible.
Ontological Coaching, Integral Theory, Systemic Coaching, Adult Learning Theory, The Enneagram, Neuroscience, Personal Mastery and Mindfulness practices – these theories provide the basis of our work together.
We focus first on your results, emerging from an authentic way-of-being. And then extend it to the larger context of your relationships, community etc.
