A brief guide & overview

Thank you for contributing to this journey. You are here because you agreed to participate in a crucial reveal process in your organisation.
Your organisation has begun a systemic reveal phase as part of a broader developmental journey that may focus on an executive team, leadership team, department, value stream, or another part of the organisation.
You have been invited because your lived experience and perspective are crucial to the journey because it grounds the work we will do in reality — across different roles, tenures, and experiences — so that what follows is based on how the system is actually experienced.
What this interview is about
The interview focuses on the team or entity undertaking the developmental journey — for example, an executive or leadership team.
You will be asked to answer questions about:
-
how that team shows up in the organisation
-
how it is experienced and perceived
-
the impact it has on others
The interview does not focus on individuals within the team. Everyone is asked the same questions, and all interviews are the same length.
Confidentiality and data handling
The interview will be recorded so that it can be transcribed securely.
Your responses are treated as data:
-
we may work with what was said, but never who said it
-
identifying details are removed as far as possible
-
recordings and transcripts are destroyed once analysis is complete
-
you will be informed once this has happened
The only limits to confidentiality are the standard legal ones — for example, if serious legal violations or abuse are disclosed.
Our role
Our role in this process is to remain neutral and supportive.
We do not take sides, judge, or prescribe. We work as mirrors — helping patterns, structures, and impacts become visible so that the organisation can better understand itself and decide what to work on next.
Participating in a reveal process can take courage. We aim to conduct this work with care, respect, and professionalism.
